Amiri Baraka

Amiri Baraka is a poet, a writer, a music critic, a thinker, and an activist born in American New Jersey Newark. He is a black and supported ardently Barack Obama who ran for the President. He threw the voice of blame at the black which takes an attitude critical of the candidate Obama, and became the center of attention. As a writer, he used a black person's anger as the book, and published it. It is “Home”. His stance completely differed from "nonviolent" advocacy represented by Ministry King. He criticizes non-violence because he thought that it does not contribute to realization of the society where a black person is not oppressed. He also thought that even if non-violence is based on goodwill and a belief, the goal was never reached since it was an asymmetrical belief. Reading this book now is exactly reading history, however, the present "to be nonviolent" could not be judged that it is an attitude which does not desire for a change, either.
